Hello,
Hope y'all are well. I have a 2B and plenty of insertable electrodes. I just started doing physical therapy again for my pelvic floor. I had been exercising incorrectly with my core muscles and that was putting strain on my pelvic floor. I don't understand the science too well behind how the 2B and a TENS unit differ in terms of electrical output, but my simple understanding is that the 2B is going to stimulate and a TENS unit will relax. I am not yet sure if my physical therapist will recommend a TENS unit as part of my treatment. If it comes up, I'd like to be able to ask about using insertables with a TENS unit to help relax muscles. I'm not sure if this is a thing, but I reckon y'all would be the best people to ask.
thanks for any thoughts
cheers

The best people to ask about any medical condition or treatment is your medical professional.
