Defekt 2b box

The Tickle mode doesn't work on my 2b box. Is this a software or hardware problem. What can I do.

I will say categorically, if your other modes give an output then tickle mode does work.

You just need to possibly turn the power up and spin the adjust knob. If you do not turn the adjust knob, then no output is generated.
