Hi,
I've been looking at a few stim audio files and notice on an EQ graph that the signal is usually around the 2k mark.
Was this just a coincidence between the ones I looked at or is 2k Hz the sweet spot in terms of effective stimming?
Or are other frequencies good?!
I'm into pain more than smooth stim so would be interested in making some new stim files that are effective in that regard.

It's more about reaction /response and mind-state, than particular frequency.

Experiment, and perhaps don't necessarily dismiss a setting just because it might not 'feel' right initially.
