I think we are of a similar age, as I will reach 81 in October. After loosing my wife (Cancer) about 8 years ago I then discovered the delights, not to mention shocks (!) of E-Stim. As I still run my own business I can arrange for a session at my choosing without fear of interruption. I was sorry to hear about your loss. I have lost many relatives in the past years for a variety of reasons, all clinical, and all devastating.

When I read the local obituaries there are many my age and younger. Each Sunday the paper will have 6 to 10 notices. That said, after I read the obits, I get motivated to stim. I view each passing day as a gift, and I intend to enjoy it with as much pleasure and happiness as possible.
I have created my "Stim Domain" in a basement area. It is quite remote, and free of distractions. I have made a cart that if you were to see it, it might look similar to an oscilloscope cart. My sessions usually last for about two hours. I start with my 312 using phase 2, with volume knob A kept low, while I adjust the main adjust to about the three o'clock position. For me i would connect the black common to centre post on the Large Torpedo, the yellow to a pad under balls (Perineum) and yellow to small 30mm round pad, underside of cock about an inch down from head.
Modes, continuous, throb & thrust I have played with, but always come back to A-Split. That is a peach of a mode. I will have to have pen/pad to write down settings as i am all over the place once i get going. I am envious that you say you get a good erection. I do not, best is a lazy one unless I vacuum pump & tie up tight. Sildenafil & other pills help only a small amount.

I'm close to 66 and will be getting back into Estim (once the tech guys here fix my 2B).

Nice to meet you. Us octogenarians like to pass on experiences and share them with the younger generation. I especially like to see new generations of men and women do something good for mankind.

When in my sixties, I had been involved with stressful fast lane work which was ceaseless. Ultimately, at 75, I finally retired and put all that nonsense in my rear-view mirror and never looked back. As I mentioned to VFR, my wife gave up sex a long time ago. She has had some bad experiences and never told me until after we were married. I am a tad busy today so will tap out a short reply.
Firstly, welcome Prof. What a bugger cancer is. My prostate gave me a scare a year or too ago & I refused any surgical intervention at the time. Seems it was a false alarm. Also lost my wife over 8 years ago to stomach cancer. Hope you can get some fun using E-Stim.
Anyway. Onwards, Healer my advise is to try anal, if it is not for you, try something else. For me I dived into both Anal & Sounding about 4 years ago, starting with the tiny, Aneros Helix insertable. About the size of your thumb, laughable when, using the excellent silicone Gape Keeper 93, from Topped Toys (Canada) that is 23.6cm/9.3inch in circumference! Secrete is to start small with plenty of good lube, any pain, immediately stop. Metal, hard silicone, glass toys are less compliant. I also use, from E-Stim a polished Large Torpedo, a beauty.

Yes prostate cancer is a nasty one, slow growing which can be a good thing but also bad as it can creep up on you unawares. Keep getting tested each year! Loads of info in my blog, in my profile.
I've just got my 2B back and have begun to stim again after a gap of 15 years. Before that it was only a cheap DIY box. So I'm revelling in what this box can do. I posted a photo of my original trode selection on another thread here... including an urethral trode and various anal ones, inc the Moaner, which I've yet to try with the 2B.
I've gleaned lots of info about trodes, their placement and type plus what routines to use from post on here....so lots to try out.
I'd love to hear your thoughts; routines and photos.
