I have also had a problem getting both channels to work on stereo I tried a new audio cable it seems to work better. But I have also discovered that the level of the audio from the computer has to be high . also moving the input cale around sometimes helps. Fortunatley the unit will on one channel provide an awefully nice feeling. DOn't give up, but be gentle with the unit.Good luck, mine worked for me yesterday I'mhappy to relate.
