I am thinking of buying the 2B unit plus anal inserts and rubber electrodes. I am new to this game, can anyone tell me if the cables come with the probes or do you have to buy them. Also can you tell me if I need to buy any other attachments to begin estim. I find it a bit confusing at the moment any help would be appreciated.

No the cables are separate, but you only need a couple as they fit all the electrodes. All the premium electrodes use a 4mm cable, the other cables come into play when things get more complex.
