Have been using a generic TENS unit for a number of years, just awaiting delivery of my new 2B Pro Pack :)

I'm with @Nemisis - I have been using a cheap Omron massager with sticky pads. Definitely got my $60 out of it but I'm ready to explore more sophisticated and varied signals. My 2B has been ordered and is on the way ... :-)
