In the last several months I recently acquired some newer gear:

I combine the above with TENS pads in various locations.

I also own an ET-312 and an ET-232, both of which are umpteen years old, and a bunch of TENS (which are also used to help manage lower back and shoulder pain).

I have a tens unit and some conductive rubber loops, an anal plug and a few more rings that I hardly use ... I did not try other devices but the truth is that my tens unit is not bad at all ... of course I would love a better one device but mine works perfect and makes me cum in really cool ways

Have the estim 2b, some ElectraStim CR loops, a PES Big Jim, and a PES corona stimulator with urethral insert (this is actually a slice of heaven)!

Helix and the 2B I do love the easy use off the helix but the 2B is far better but takes a little longer to set up i have just brought the moaner
