how do i go about it being controlled by another what programs will i need to feel the thrill of being controlled?

Well haven't run the software myself but since nobody else answered, I take a stab...

The ip 192.168.0.12 and port 8888 is on your local computer so to make it work over the internet you need to
1 Use port forward on your router, by mapping port 8888 to your local computer ip (192.168.0.12 and port 8888) (at the same time you can check out your public ip here)
2 Find your public IP address. Easiest way surf in to http://www.whatsmyip.org/
3 Give your public ip to the person you want to control so that he can connect to your software running on yout computer

Yes the 2b software is relatively straightforward on commander ...however its even easier now as all you need to do is get commander 3 and download estim connect and then you just sent the master a code (with link) to control your 2B simply childs play compared to old way zzz described..
