I have a new Series 2b Box and I'm really confused. I can't feel a difference in power from the range of 20% to Max. Even my old 35 € feels stronger. Am I'm missing something?

Which program are you using? Or does it happen on all of them?

Are you using the box in high power mode, or low power?

Regardless of all of those, you should feel a difference - quite a big one, really. But do try different modes, and different electrode positions, to see what happens.
