Is it safe to use two E-stim boxes at the same time (on different parts of the body)? I know it's not a good idea to use a violet wand and an E-stim box, but I'm really just asking about using two TENS-like boxes (possibly even from different manufacturers).

Not sure about "safe" but I do this frequently. Two channel TENS on nipples (bipolar), 2B on cock/anus etc.

you can quite happily run two of our units at the same time on the same person.
