Probably not a popular thing to do but if I hold off of porn, jerking off, masturbation for about a week. If I go to stim, it feels significantly more powerful and I can't make it that long when the power level goes up before I have a forced HFO. Thats been my number 1 way to get to a HFO, hold off from jerking it for a while. That includes not looking at porn ether.

estimfun> You're right there. When I go a week without stimming I am close to HFO while I'm wiring up! Best to remove all distractions when stimming and shift your attention away from your stimming equipment to focus purely on the erotic sensations.
