hi, on my 2b is response from knop channel a very bad
is this firmware problem or hardware issue?

how old is your unit? If it does this in every mode then it's down to gunk in the encoder. Both Channels? The response from the encoder is not as good in the Audio modes as the normal non audio modes.
Drop the support team a line at info at e-stim.co.uk and Im sure they can help.

Mine has the same issue. Only the channel A knob is a problem. Sometimes I'm desperately trying to turn channel A down but it keeps going up instead causing me to leap into the air and then pull the cable out. hahaha. Not sure what causes it. Some times it works ok but most of the time it doesn't want to work correctly.
I vaguely remember it starting when I tried out when of the betas but my memory is a bit vague so it might not of been then.
