My experience of estim in water is that the sensations can be very diffuse around my cock, which makes balancing electrodes tricky, especially if you're aiming for a stereo or triphase setup. If the electrode you've paired with the liquastim cylinder (in my case) is much smaller, that's where I get the most intense sensations, when I'd rather focus more on my cock. For that reason, a single-channel setup pairing the liquastim cylinder with an anal insertable gives better results for me.
