Ultrasound experience

Hi,
I have ordered a Dipstick Ultrasound with cock loops and a Deviant insertable for use with a 2B control box. I’ve played with non-still sounds before but am wondering what’s the best setup to stim with the Ultrasound? For those that have used one before what has been your experience?
